Although most merchants do not
allow you to return software, this is not our policy at AcaStat Software. If you are
not satisfied with your purchase, please contact AcaStat Software within 45 days for a
full refund.
Any physical items, such as CDs and
cases, should be returned to AcaStat Software with a copy of the invoice. Returned items
are not resold. They are retained to be used as donations to others (students, special
hardship requests). Damaged items are destroyed but you will still be given a
refund.
If you do not wish to return
physical items, we will subtract from the refund material costs and shipping ($6 for
regular CD orders and $3 for mini CD orders).
Some refunds may be by check, especially partial
refunds. Most refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
